[dropcap]C[/dropcap]an you imagine eavesdropping on a conversation between Tom Hiddleston and Benedict Cumberbatch? Their voices combined would be like a lullaby that could put the whole world to sleep. But you’ll want to stay awake for this–Benedict Cumberbatch interviewed Tom Hiddleston, and the whole thing was rather Marvel-ous.

Both British actors are now part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, with Tom Hiddleston playing the villainous Loki and Benedict Cumberbatch taking on the role of Doctor Strange. Since they’ve both been friends for years, they didn’t miss a beat in covering all the intricacies of life in the Marvel world.

The duo worked on ‘War Horse’ together, and thus this glorious meme was born.

Cumberbatch started by questioning Tom Hiddleston about his return to the world of Thor in Thor: Ragnarok. “What is it like donning the hair and horns, working with Chris [Hemsworth] again, and working Down Under with Taika [Waititi], your director?” he asked.

Hiddleston replied by mentioning that the last time he wore his Loki costume was at San Diego Comic-Con in 2013 before gushing about his co-star.

Chris Hemsworth gets a thumbs up.

“The best thing about it, honestly, is working with Chris again,” he said. “I first met him in Kenneth Branagh’s house in England in 2009. We were mere children, in the very beginning of our acting journeys. We made an instant connection, and it’s been extraordinary to share the ride with him—this mad journey with Marvel.”

And that’s not the only reunion he’s had. “Anthony Hopkins has been on set this week,” Hiddleston added. “And Taika Waititi is magnificent. He has found a way of honoring everything that came before but doing his own thing. And he’s so funny. His films…they have this combination of light-hearted, good humor and emotion. They’re very moving. Everyone’s really happy. Of course, we’re just at the beginning.”

Loki’s always got some mischief planned.

Hiddleston mentioned that he’d be in Australia filming until November before the conversation turned elsewhere. Cumberbatch refused to ask him about Taylor Swift (“I’m not going to get into that. So that door is closed, dear reader”) before they circled back around to Marvel.

[dropcap]T[/dropcap]hey may take their acting very seriously, but off camera, Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt are a couple of goofballs. When doing publicity for their new movie Passengers, the two stopped by BBC Radio 1 to match wits in a game of “Playground Insults.”

They both get in some pretty good digs, but Chris Pratt seals his victory with a well timed jab at Jennifer Lawrence’s anatomy.
